Is The Whole World Going Mad!

We see all over the world fighting going on and it will not stop. When I was young the world was at peace, except for the Russians and they did not do anything except make threats. The world was a peace in the sixties, but today the world has moved on and war is everywhere. In the Middle East and the Far East war is everywhere. There are demonstrations all across the globe and it will never end unless the governments does something about it.

It is up to the United Nations to do something about it and stop the wars that are created havoc across the world, but they sit on their fat backsides and do nothing except complain about the wars that going on. They should gather together an army and stop these wars. In 1960 they took action against North Korea and put a stop to it so the world could live in peace once again. But they do nothing about the wars in Syria and other places except complain about it. They should gather an army and stop these many wars that are going around across the globe and finish it once and for all.

Demonstrations are going on in South America and other countries, and this has to stop. Let the governments listen to the people and make changes so that everyone can live in peace. But they do not listen to people and this leads to demonstrations across the whole the world. Even in Europe there are demonstrations in most countries, although Europe is living in peace. The governments should listen to the people and make changes.

The world is getting darker and the people are rebellious about the governments who have no mind about the people. The governments continue to make their own rules without disregard for the people. They are the governments which rule the countries and it a sorry state of affairs that they do not care for the people.

I can see that the whole world will be in turmoil in few years time, and the governments will be wiped out as the people and will turn to anarchy. I am 74 years old and I do not wish to see anarchy in my lifetime.

What Is Wrong With Mankind

Everywhere except Europe is in a mess! Once the world was a peaceful place, and today it is a controversy of war and demonstrations. There are battles going over the whole world and we must put a stop to it. In South America there are demonstrations in most countries and they are not giving up. In the Middle East and the Far East there are battles raging with the government. Muslims are trying to get a hold of country after country while the Army fights against them.

The United Nations should do something about it and stop the fighting once and for all. When will the world return to peace? In the Far East there are Muslims fighting to get hold of a country and this is not going well. The same is going on the Middle East and they will not win.

The United Nations are sitting on their backsides and doing nothing except giving out rhetoric. They should call for nations to be active in forming an Army and wipe these terrorists. The whole world is in turmoil and this cannot happen in this modern day and age. We cannot sustain this as the terrorists gain a hold in many places and torture and put in prison those who are against them. We have to do something to stop these wars going on and the only solution is the United Nations. But they sit on their backsides and do nothing.

We the people must do something to wake them up and get them to stop these wars raging across the planet. For if we do not then the people will see the end of this civilisation. It time for the whole world to back the U.N. and to get them fighting these terrorists. It is the only way we can beat these terrorists.

Another thing is trying to save the planet. We are polluting the atmosphere like nobody’s business, and we will all die if the situation gets worse. Our seas are filling up with plastic bottles, our atmosphere is getting worse with the pollution from chemical plants, factories and cars. We have a long way to go before we can clean up the planet.

Electric cars will make a difference if everybody buys one, but that will not solve the plastic waste in the oceans, as everybody leaves their plastic bottles on the beaches which will wash out to sea and the pollute the oceans. We need to get a grip on these plastic bottles and ban them altogether. Whales and fish swallow these plastic bottles and then we can see the end of fishing.

This will affect so many manufactures across the whole world, but something must be done about it. I saw on TV news that hundreds and thousands of plastic bottles washed up on beaches and they won’t go away. Most companies are gathering these bottles for use again, but that will not solve the problem. We have to get rid of these plastic bottles for good.

The world is in mess and we have to do something about it. I am 75 and will not live long enough to watch the world go down the drain. We have to make big plans to get the world back on its feet. Otherwise this world will end and become a planet without humans.

The United Nations

Wars are happening all through Africa, Syria and the Far East and it is mostly to do with terrorists. How are going to stop them? The United Nations should step in and end it all so that the world can return to peace. But they do nothing about it except discuss the terrorists.

During the Korean War the UN stepped in and put an end to the fighting, but now they just sit an their backsides and do nothing. Why do we have the United Nations? For they do nothing except talk and take no action. It is time we had a new leader of the U.N. who could do something about this. There are 193 members of the U.N. and no-one does anything about the terrible wars going on in Syria and Africa, and also the Far East. We need the membership to do something about it.

We need to collect soldiers from different countries to go in and stop this many wars around the world. The United Nations can stop these wars going on and save a lot of people from death. It is not so hard to gather soldiers from various countries and let them do their job. but all they do is talk talk talk and let the terrorists kill people. We are not stopping them from killing other people, on the contrary the U.N. is ignoring them.

We have to get many armies the engage the enemy wherever they are, and to stop killing innocent civilians. At the moment the U.N. is a shambles for they do nothing except put some soldiers near the borders to stop the terrorists. But most of them are not within rifle range of the terrorists and they cannot stop them, and some die.

The U.N. must wake up and do something about all the trouble across the world. For if they do nothing and many more people will get killed and for what, they are innocent civilians.

Wishes For World Peace

The whole world is in turmoil at the moment, and it has been that for years. When is the world going to be at peace? It does not seem likely for the future unless we go to war in which the whole world will be destroyed. When the war is over then there will be peace on Earth and the few survivors will be able to start again.

It is a shameful world that we go on fighting for the sake of land-grabs the search for power, and the terrible thing is most of us will not survive. There will be a few people that will survive and they will be living in hardship.

The weather will take most of the Earth and spread the radioactivity in most places across the world, except perhaps the north and south poles. Those who survive will be in the wilderness, and they will find it hard to continue living. Whales and seals will be their food and they will find it hard as the numbers dwindle.

Most other people will die of radioactive poisoning and the world will be nothing but a ruin. Only the north and south poles may be excused for the terrible trauma the overtakes the world.

We have to find a way and the will, bring the world to peace once and for all.  No-one cares about way the world is going, and they will have a shock when war breaks out among the major nations of the world.

People will be scurrying for shelters, but that will not do them any good as the shelters, and there are not many, will be blocked by the Army and the politicians.  We have come to an impasse where there are many conflicts around the world and most of it is due to the Muslims. There are battles raging across the Middle East and the Far East and they are trying to take over countries.

The United Nations should be able to handle this, but they sit on their fat backsides do nothing. It time for the U.N. to realise that the world is going to pot and they should do something about it. The United Nations have to do something to stop the Muslims from taking over the world, and that means they should take action. Once the Muslims are defeated then the world will return to peace.

A New Year Is Coming

Tonight we celebrate the beginning of a new year, but what will it bring us? I don’t think there will be much change in the world as the wars will continue, and demonstrations will be as prevalent as this year. People are dissatisfied with their governments and the rules they are making so we will see demonstrations all across the world.

Governments will not change their plans to satisfy the people they rule, and there are many people in all countries who will not accept this. We are sure to find trouble in the new year as the demonstrations and wars continue unabated.

The whole world is a mess except in a few countries where the people put up with the plans the governments make. The war against ISIL and other rebel groups is far from over and the war will continue, but for how long? Some Muslims want to rule the world and it will not stop unless they wiped out.

The United Nations has done nothing to fight terrorism since the Korean War, and they should get involved by sending troops to wipe out these terror groups. It is the only way the world will get to be peaceful again. The trouble is they sit on there fat asses and do nothing. I had hoped that the new leader of the United Nations would at least do something against these terrorists, but he has done nothing.

What with the atmospheric pollution and the wars all over the globe, we are heading for major wars between nations and the end of mankind on this planet.

We have to do something about it or we will see total destruction of our home planet. Countries have to come together and sort out their differences before the whole world goes mad.

Unfortunately this is not likely to happen as there are too many differences between countries. There have been attempts at making peace in the past but these have all come to nothing, for there is still fighting between countries. Demonstrations have sprung up in the last twenty years or so because people are dissatisfied with the way the governments rule their countries. A prime example is Venezuela that is ruled by President Maduro. In this country he rules with an iron fist, and there are constant demonstrations against him. Its the same in other countries.

Another thing we that could cause the end of humanity on this planet is the pollution levels in our atmosphere. There are well over a million cars and lorries on our roads and each of these are causing the pollution to get worse. When will it end?

Pretty soon all of humanity will be going around wearing masks when they venture outside, just as in some Chinese and Middle East cities. The pollution levels are rising yearly with all the cars and lorries on our roads. We have to something about it!

It is expected that electric cars will replace petrol and diesel engines by 2040, but that may be too late. By then the pollution will have risen to such a state that the air will be full of poisonous gases, and people will get cancer and not be able to live a long life. The current generation does not think about the fate of our children and what they will face in the future. We have to start thinking about the future of humanity on this planet, and what the future of our children will be.

What Of The Future

It seems to me that the whole world is going mad, for we have unrest all across the globe from the Far East to America. In many countries people are demonstrating and fighting the government for what they see as human rights and bad management. Many people are dissatisfied with their governments handling of crisis that effect them all, such as low wages, starvation in some countries, and the way governments are handling problems.

We also have Muslim terrorists everywhere threatening the stability of countries across the world. It makes me wonder what they hope to achieve, do they want the whole world to be Muslim?

Daily we see demonstrations in many countries, and not forgetting the violence as people show their hatred for the government.

When I was young the biggest demonstration in Britain was from the miners who were dissatisfied with the government of the day and the decisions made by Margret Thatcher. But since the sixties we have seen violent demonstrations with young people setting fire to buildings and cars, robbing shops, and battling with the police. Now we see huge gatherings of people marching through cities and towns all across the world causing destruction.  This is not the way the world should be.

Ever since ISIL came out of the woodwork we have seen complete destruction of many cities in Iraq and neighbouring countries, and it will take years to revitalise these cities. Most of the buildings will have to be demolished and a new construction programme initiated. This will cost untold billions, and where will it come from? Your guess is as good as mine!

We have seen millions of Africans on the verge of starvation, and food is not getting to the them fast enough. Many countries ignore the plight of these people and they are dying by the hundreds every day. Children are starving to death from the lack of food. Very few nations have sent food to these people and many are unable to survive.

We have seen millions of refugees coming to Europe because they cannot continue living in there own country and want a better life, and its not over yet. Governments must see that the people are fed so they will not need to move to Europe. But so few nations have taken the necessary measures to see that this happens.

The biggest threat to the whole world is the problem with North Korea and their nuclear weapons. Trump is consistently making threats of a nuclear war with the country as Kim Jong-Un enlarges his nuclear capability and threatens the USA with attacks. Trump has already said that he will annihilate the whole country if Kim Jong-Un decides to attack the USA. The fall-out from such an action would turn the whole world  into devastation, and millions of people would die as the whole world ends up being covered in radioactive clouds.

When will this stop and people of the world can live in peace once again? I doubt if this will happen in my lifetime. It is sad to say that if we keep going the way we are, we will see the annihilation of the human race on this planet.

It Makes Me Wonder

With all the things that are happening in the world today it makes me wonder how long mankind will survive on this planet. I hate writing such things but it is essential that we do something about what is happening in the world today. What with all the fighting that is going on around the world, and the steady rise in pollution it makes me sad to think how long mankind will last on this planet.

Ever since the sixties the world has gone stark raving mad. The pollution has escalated in the last seventy years and the weather has gone mad because of the way we have polluted the atmosphere. Wars have escalated over the last ten to fifteen years, and there is hardly a country that has not see terrorism because of the battles with Islam.

The battles against Islam have been going on for more than twenty years and we are nowhere near winning. Atrocities have been carried out by these people, and thousands have died and their cities wrecked.

If you look at the TV we can see whole cities destroyed by bombing and attacks by the Islamic State and those countries who are fighting them. How long must this go on? In Africa we have seen many terrorist groups who have attacked villages and towns to gain control.

The United Nations has done nothing about stopping these people, for they sit on their fat backsides and ‘condemn’ the attacks. They have not reacted in a positive way by getting a multinational force together and destroying these people. The United Nations has a responsibility to let the world live in peace and attack the terrorists by wiping them out.

We have seen thousands of people starving, mostly in Africa and Yemen because of the drought where it is impossible to grow crops because of the high temperatures and the lack of water. In many parts of the world we have enormous floods that are making families leave their homes, and it’s not over yet. Who knows what next year will bring?

Abnormal high temperatures will continue all over the world and who is to say that it will not happen. We are destroying our world with ever hastening speed, and most of it is down to the pollution that is blocking our atmosphere and not allowing the excessive heat to escape into space.

Vehicles are mostly to blame for the pollution that is blocking our atmosphere and we must do something about it. Many countries are investing in electric cars but that is not the answer, for the electric companies will be so overloaded they will not be able to keep up with the demand. Britain and many other countries are planning to get rid of diesel cars within the next thirty years, but what will replace them, electric cars? In my opinion electric cars are not the answer. We must develop a different source of energy for mankind. We must first do away with all the diesel cars on our roads, for this will reduce the contamination substantially. Eventually we must find a different system to both petrol and diesel cars and lorries if the contamination is to stop.

On now to the plight of the people in poor countries. People are starving to death in many lands, and the help is nowhere near enough. We have billionaires who hide their wealth in tax-free countries and islands, and they could do a lot to alleviate the troubles around the world. But do they care, all they think of is stashing their money in tax-free banks without a thought about where the world is headed. When you see the news about starving families in Africa for example they just do not care. I care, for if I was a billionaire I would help these poor people.

There is trouble all around the world and it looks like it will never stop, for we are headed for the annihilation of mankind if we continue in this way. What about our children? Are they going to see the world continue to suffer? What will their lives be like in thirty years time? If the air contamination continues they will all have to wear gas masks when they venture outside, for the air will be so contaminated that they will not last long, and people will live very short lives.

The world is overpopulated today, and if that continues we will see the annihilation of the human species.

What Is To Become Of Our World

All around the world we are seeing wars, civil disharmony and demonstrations. It makes me wonder what the future of our world will be in twenty or thirty years time. Will we see a global war and the destruction of mankind?

Russia and the West are at one another’s throats, we have ISIL targeting many countries across the world trying to gain control, and we have street rioting in many countries by young men who are out to cause trouble.

We have world pollution rising at a steady rate, where in some cities the air is so contaminated that the rise of lung disease and cancer is rapidly increasing. We have a grave shortage of water and food in some countries where the land is being turned into a desert. Africa is a good example.

Those of us that live in the West watch the news but don’t think of the consequences because it is far away from us. Our lives go on uninterrupted for we don’t care what happens in other countries.

Migrants from the continent of Africa have swarmed into Europe to escape the drought, hunger and wars that are taking place all across Africa. Most of them are Muslims, and eventually they will cause havoc in Europe as they try to take over and turn the whole continent into a Muslim state. You can think what you will, but this is a major possibility as more and more pour in.

Climate change has caused many countries to suffer, like the USA. When in the past have we seen hurricane after hurricane causing so much destruction? The hurricanes have unleashed massive destruction across the Caribbean and the flooding has caused more than a million people to leave their homes, even in the south of the United States. Thousands of people have been made homeless across the Caribbean islands, and houses have been destroyed right left and centre in the southern states of America. Flooding has consumed a huge portion of the southern United States and this has never happened on such a large scale before, and its all due to us poisoning our atmosphere with traffic and factories.

Climate change has even affected the north and south pole regions where ice is melting at an unbelievable rate. At the north pole the ice cover is a fraction of what it once was, and the south pole has seen huge swathes of ice islands broken off and floated out into the ocean.

Some European companies have said recently that they will be turning their factories into making electric cars, but with the whole of Europe driving these cars what is going to happen to the power grids? There are not enough power stations to satisfy the demand for an all electric car system across Europe. America is very slow in making this change but they will be hit with the same problem.

Civil unrest is spreading across many countries with demonstrations, and it often turns into violence. The people are unhappy with their governments because they do not do enough to house and help the poor. The rich get richer and the poor get no help at all. There are many billionaires in the world today, but they do not release some of their money to help the poor. It’s all down to greed, and that is the one disease that is very common today. Why do they not release money to help the poor and starving in Africa and across the world.

With climate change things will get much worse in the foreseeable future so we have to do something about it. There can be no doubt that if we change our ways it will take very many years for the Earth’s climate to get back to what it was when I was a boy. In the meantime things will get worse year on year until we stop polluting our climate’s atmosphere.

Paris Hit Once Again

Paris Attack

Paris has once again been hit by a terrorist outrage, but who will be next? It seems to me that the government and the police in many countries are not doing their job properly. It was said on the news that the perpetrator was known to the police, and this is not the first time, but they did nothing about it, and now a person is dead and three others wounded.

It seems to me that the police, who knew this person was a radical, should have stepped in and done something once they found out what he was. Why does someone have to die before the police take action against these people? It is no good saying that the law does not allow this, for if necessary they need to be changed. New laws should be passed to cover this situation.

If the authorities know that someone has been radicalized they should either deport him or put him in prison where he can do no harm. Some will argue that everyone has a right to an opinion, but that should not include terrorist radicalism. These people are dangerous and often take the lives of innocent people and if it is to stop, then the police and authorities have to be much tougher with them.

Across Europe, and I include Britain in this, there are known immigrants who have been radicalized by Islāmic State and have been persuaded to carry out atrocities. It has been proven on many accounts, but the authorities do nothing to stop this until an act of terror is inflicted on the people.

All countries in Europe have to be much tougher on these people otherwise, all hell will break loose. The police and the authorities know of many immigrants who have allied with Islāmic State or been radicalized by them, and once this is known they should step in and remove the threat.

You cannot wait until an atrocity has been carried out before you act, otherwise Europe will become a battleground.

With the huge influx of Islāmic State fighters who have infiltrated Europe as refugees we can without a doubt expect many more such attacks, and in my view the governments must get on top of this. Otherwise there will be many more atrocities in cities across Europe. The only way to stamp out this threat is for governments to come down hard on these people.

The writing was on the wall when you saw pictures of migrants from Iraq and other places over the last eighteen months. You only have to see the photographs taken of the migrants entering Europe to notice that two-thirds of them were unaccompanied men between eighteen and twenty-five. How many of them were from Islāmic State? It is known that there are several thousand Islāmic State terrorists in Europe, and they are busy persuading ethnic European migrants to commit atrocities. This has been proven by the attacks that have taken place over the last eighteen months.

Once ISIL has been defeated in Iraq many more will come here and the terror will spread. They are losing on the battlefield in Iraq so for them it is common sense to move to Europe where immigrants are welcomed with open arms. When that happens we will see many more attacks on innocent people. Lets hope that the governments of Europe have the guts to nip this in the bud!

The Veto Scandal

Is it any wonder that Russia vetoed the Security Councils resolution on the Syria chemical attack? The veto has been a thorn in the side of the United Nations for the last forty years.

In my view the only reason Russia is backing Assad is to retain their military bases in Syria. Practically the whole world  blames Assad for the chemical attacks on his own people but Russia still stands by him, and has done since the beginning of the conflict.

Russia has a naval base in Syria on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea given to them by Assad and they don’t want to lose it, which is why they are backing him.

Negotiations have been going on for years trying to stop Assad from using chemical weapons on his own people, but all have failed because of Russia’s backing.

Founders of the United Nations

The veto goes back to the time when the United Nations was formed by Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin after the Second World War and they initiated the veto to stop other countries from putting the world in danger. It has survived up to the present day and many of the decisions made by various countries have stopped positive action being taken against nations that have caused problems. The only exception was the Korean War which took place in 1950. Here the United Nations acted as it was supposed to and stopped the Communists from taking over the whole Korean peninsula.

But when you get to the present day the veto has caused more problems in the world. The United States vetoed any action against Israel during the war with Egypt in 1973 among many others, and Russia has constantly vetoed any action against Assad.

In my view the veto should be scrapped, for all countries must have a say in how the world is run. If it is, then we can stop many conflicts around the world before they get started.

I have for a long time said that the United Nations has a duty to put an end to the ISIS threat once and for all. It should gather a group of nations and go in and wipe them out. Once ISIL has been thoroughly defeated then the world can return to peace, and Islam will get the message that they will never end up ruling the world. Assad should be arrested and put on trial for the atrocities he has committed against his own people.

It is only by the concerted efforts of all countries that this debacle will end. The sad thing is, it will never end until Russia stops backing Assad.

Sad to say, the United Nations has lost its original mandate and become nothing more than a talking shop that does not achieve anything when it comes to world peace. The true purpose of its foundation was lost years ago, and today it does nothing more than verbally ‘condemn’ actions by countries or groups that want to cause trouble.

The Syrian war has been going on for years, but if the United Nations had stepped in positively at the beginning it would have been long over.

It is time for the United Nations to start acting as it was intended, and prevent wars breaking out. If it does not, then we might as well scrap it.

Tony Blair – The Devil’s Advocate

Tony Blair – Britain’s Biggest Traitor

After his disastrous turn as British Prime Minister this man is still out to cause trouble, this time over Brexit. Though this is not the first time he has shown himself to be against it. But now he is making front page news because he thinks the people of Britain will turn against the government and reverse their vote for Brexit. He has been accused of “insulting the intelligence” of voters and “arrogance” after he urged opponents of Brexit to “rise up” against leaving the EU.

This man was a complete disaster for Britain when he was Prime Minister because he dragged us into war with Iraq after supporting American President Bush with lies about Saddam Hussein having nuclear weapons. The Allies won the war, but the aftermath is the root cause of the terrorist problems we have today. He also did great damage to Britain by inviting unrestrained immigration of Middle Eastern people and Europeans into Great Britain. Britain is still suffering from this maniacs plan.

Now today he is trying to reverse the Brexit decision made by the people of this country with a speech. He is trying to turn the people of Britain into remaining in the European Union by reversing the poll taken last June. He said all those who voted “out” of the European Union should now start a campaign to remain, and halt the Brexit campaign.

Boris Johnson

Boris Johnson had some scathing words for Blair as he mocked him by saying, “I call on the British people to rise up and turn off the TV when Tony Blair next appears with his condescending campaign.” He added, “Now he has the bare-faced effrontery to tell the British people that they were wrong last June. He is showing a contempt for the intelligence of the electorate.”

I admit I have to agree with Boris Johnson on this one, for Blair was the worst Prime Minister this country has ever had. He has done more damage to Britain than any previous Prime Minister. I have long been of the opinion that Blair should be in prison with a life sentence for the way he sabotaged this country. The amount of damage he has done is incalculable, and Britain will pay the price for his immigration idiocy for decades to come.

Muslim School Takeover

Even today we are seeing the increased Muslim influence in our society. In schools they have Muslim teachers because their children are the majority in classes in some areas and have never been taught English, which means that many of the English children are left on the wayside. We have whole sections of towns and cities that have been taken over by the Muslims, and they even have Sharia Law. These areas are a ‘no-go’ for the British people, but the government has done nothing to stop this.

Due to Blair, we may well be taken over by the Muslims at some time in the future as Britain becomes an Islamic State unless something is done to reduce the number of Muslims living in our country. It is well known that the average birthrate among our own people is two, maybe three children, but the Muslims have between seven and ten children, and sometimes more, so in a generation or two when they outnumber us you can imagine what will happen.

This is all due to Tony Blair but he just cannot see it, for he alone will be responsible for the total destruction of everything British in the long term. I am just glad I am old!

How Barbaric Can You Get!

The Message

I just read a news piece about an eighteen-year-old Pakistani girl who was burned to death by her mother for marrying a man she loved. Just another example of the so-called ‘Honour Killings’ which take place in Pakistan on a regular basis. From the report it seems that the mother strangled her and set her alight even though she was still alive. Its hard to imagine the pain this young girl must have gone through before she died.

The Aftermath

When the case came to court the mother was sentenced to death for this outrageous crime, a decision I agree with totally. The woman confessed to killing her 18-year-old daughter, Zeenat Rafiq for “bringing shame on the family”. None of her family claimed her body for burial, and it was left to the in-laws to perform the burial ceremony.

It has for a long time been the tradition in Muslim lands like Pakistan for the daughter to marry a man who is chosen by the parents. This sometimes happens with children as young a seven or eight and they have no say in it. The marriage can be for a number of reasons, like paying a debt to the man or family of the husband, or simply to cement ties with the family of the groom.

Whatever you may think of this practice, to me it is barbaric, but it is an unwritten law among some societies. The Pakistani government have tried to stop this practice but it still goes on because it is tradition among some sectors of Pakistani society. Numerous honour killings have been carried out in Pakistan, where mainly girls face the wrath of family members for marrying a man of their choice.

A Victim

In July 2016, Pakistani social media celebrity Qandeel Baloch was allegedly strangled to death by her brother in the province of Punjab. In the same month, British woman Samia Shahid was allegedly killed by her father and her former husband after she chose to divorce him and marry another man. In Pakistan alone there are over a thousand such honour killings a year, and nine times out of ten no-one is punished.

In accordance with tradition the killers can be ‘forgiven’ by the victim’s family and no further action is taken by the authorities. New legislation was passed by the government in October 2016, but many ignore it for they stick with tradition. The new law provides for a mandatory prison sentence of 25 years to anyone convicted of killing for the sake of family honour, and no longer allows family members to legally pardon perpetrators. The law permits forgiveness only of an “honour” killer who is sentenced to death; if the killer is forgiven, he would still have to serve 25 years in jail.

In my view it just goes to show how backward these people are to have such a tradition. In this day and age you would think that such a practice would be a thing of the past, but it is not.

The Muslim religion is well-known throughout the world for its barbarity, like chopping off the hands of thieves, stoning to death of women and executions with a sword. There can be little doubt that Islam is the most barbaric religion on the planet. Will it ever end? I doubt it for it is so ingrained in their culture.
