Compensation Madness

Posted in Britain, England, Equality, European Union, Human Rights, Justice, Modern World, News, Prison, UK with tags , , , , on 28/04/2014 by floroy1942

About three weeks ago I wrote of a compensation scandal that defies description, that of a serial killer who was beaten up by fellow inmates in prison and received £4,500 in compensation because “the prison guards failed in their duty to protect him”. Now the judicial system is at again with another outrageous compensation payout.

Face Of A Triple Killer

Face Of A Triple Killer

This one concerns a triple killer who demanded, and received, £800 in compensation because some of his belongings were lost or broken while being transferred to another prison and it had left him ‘severely stressed‘ (Oh Yea!). These items included nose-hair clippers, an alarm clock, a carton of cranberry juice (now that’s bound to stress anyone out), protein powder and toiletries. District Judge Neil Hickman said there had been a “somewhat cavalier disregard for Mr Thakrar’s rights and for his property”.

Thakrar was jailed for three life sentences for the callous murder of three drug dealers and two counts of attempted murder. In march 2010, while in Frankland Prison in County Durham, he maimed three prison guards with a broken bottle but managed to get away with it. It did however facilitate his move to Woodhill Prison in Milton Keynes during which the items were lost or broken. To be honest, I just cannot see the logic in some compensation payouts, especially to prisoners in jail for heinous crimes.

Whiplash Trickster

It is a well known fact that Britain has become a compensation culture where many are out to get whatever they can from the system by making outrageous claims. One of the most prolific is claims for ‘whiplash’. This fact is recognized by every insurance company in the country.

Whiplash Map

Whiplash Map

You touch the back of someone’s car with your own and before you know it they are climbing out holding their neck crying ‘whiplash’. Another long established problem with Britain today is the ‘ambulance chasers’, those compensation lawyers who will follow an ambulance to hospital in an effort to get the victim to file compensation charges.

How this problem is going to be solved I have no idea, but perhaps getting out from under the yoke of the European Justice system might help, and then we can get back to the tried and tested system of English Justice.

Equality Versus Christianity

Posted in America, Britain, Christianity, Equality, European Union, Gays, Human Rights, Justice, News, Religion with tags , , , , on 19/03/2014 by floroy1942

One again the issue of human rights versus equality has raised its ugly head. A couple in Wales will take a case to the Strasbourg Court of Human Rights (CHR) to see if the equality laws outweigh religious beliefs. As we all know, everyone has a right to follow whatever religion they choose, but in a few cases the equality laws have stepped in and overridden this basic right.

The Greens - Fighting For Christian Rights And Values

The Greens – Fighting For Christian Rights And Values

I write in particular about a couple in Llandrindod Wells in Wales. Sue and Jeff Green run a guest house and had a spot of bother with the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC). The complaint concerned the couples web site which advertised their guest house. Apparently, someone had complained to the commission about a line on the site that stated double rooms were “to let for married couples.” The Greens had little choice but to remove the ‘offending’ line and advertise single rooms only. Since then the complaint has been closed.

The Bulls - Leaving The Appeal Court After Losing

The Bulls – Leaving The Appeal Court After Losing

They are devout Christians just like the Hazelmary and Peter Bull who lost a court case and appeal when they refused a room to a homosexual couple in 2008. Their defence was that they were a devout Christian couple and did not rent rooms to any unmarried couples. Of their failed appeal, Lady Hale, deputy president of the Supreme Court, said: “Sexual orientation is a core component of a person’s identity which requires fulfillment through relationships with others of the same orientation.”

What About The Rights Of Religious People

What About The Rights Of Religious People

Following this episode, the Greens now want to determine which has precedence in the eyes of the law, equality or Christian beliefs and human rights. Mr Green said the recent UK equality legislation had “huge implications” for Christians “who want to live their lives according to their beliefs. We have no prospect of success in the British courts so we have decided to take this to Europe. I want to establish whether Christian beliefs and human rights are superseded by equality laws. It seems that recent UK equality legislation is being used to undermine Christian faith and values.”

Andrea Williams

Andrea Williams

I for one can hardly wait for the outcome of this case. It puts this major dilemma slap in the hands of the people who created the problem in the first place. This one bold move will tell us how the courts think about religious beliefs when weighed against the Equality Laws. Andrea Williams, chief executive of the Christian Legal Centre, the legal arm of Christian Concern, said, “It is ironic that the court in Strasbourg seems to understand the nature of Christian faith better than our own courts. Debate over sexual morality has been allowed to become a battlefield and we are concerned about the attempt to clamp down and even exclude Christian beliefs on the issue from public life.”

Our Judges Have 'Lost The Plot'

Our Judges Have ‘Lost The Plot’

It sickens me when I read such stories, because the homosexual population seem to think they can run rough-shod over everyone and everything just be screaming ‘Discrimination’ to the Equality Commission. In Britain in particular judges do not have the ‘balls’ to put a stop to this nonsense. ‘Gay’ parades, ‘gay’ marriage, the adoption of babies, it has all gone too far and all the in the name of ‘equality’.

I see no reason why a devout Christian couple should not refuse a room to an unmarried or homosexual couple if it goes against their religion. But the sad thing is, being a true Christian is becoming outdated, and anyone who still believes is an outcast.

Homosexuals Milking The System

Homosexuals Milking The System

The human rights laws were conceived with noble purpose, but today they are used by homosexuals and criminals (with the help of dubious money-grabbing lawyers) to get what they want, be it right or wrong. The laws have been perverted to such an extent that they protect the undeserving far more than those who really need them.

In my humble opinion, the quicker we get out from under the crushing yoke of Europe’s EHCR and the CHR the better, for then Britain can once again have a set of laws that are sensible and righteous.

The Disability Benefit Scam – What To Do!

Posted in Benefits, Britain, Budget Cuts, Conservative Party, David Cameron, England, Europe, Government, Government Spending, Health, Insanity, Justice, Theft, UK with tags , on 28/07/2011 by floroy1942

It is indeed sad when a welfare state cannot trust those it is supposed to be supporting. For many years, working people in Britain have been forced to support an ever-increasing number of slackers who think the state should support their laziness.

Simon Daymond Harris – £30.000

For decades the benefits burden has increased because of parasites who fake injuries that supposedly stop them from working. It is not only the fault of these lazy people, for I think many doctors are complicit in the scam by not being thorough enough. Much of the blame can also be laid at the feet of government departments for their lax attitude in checking up on these individuals.

Amran Abu – £8,000

Judges must also share a large load of the blame for the super soft way they handle these cases, it’s like they didn’t commit a crime at all. Suspended or Community sentences, 87 years to pay back the money, 85p a day for 125 years to pay back what they swindled out of the tax payer. It’s too ludicrous for words!

Cheats Unmasked Video:

Brian Payne/Carol Cripwell – £50,000

Time and again we hear of benefit cheats who are eventually caught out by undercover observers, but it’s far too few. David Cameron and his coalition government seem to be trying to do something about it, but to be honest, the practice is so widespread that it would take an army to find them all.

Carrie-Ann Knight – £10,000

So what happened to the work ethic and honesty that was prevalent in my day? Back then everyone was willing to do an honest day’s work for an honest wage, but the sixties changed all that. The introduction of Disability Benefit, Job Seekers Allowance etc made many dishonest people realise they could get paid for doing nothing.

Lady Oriol Bowden – £90,000

I personally never had a single day out of work throughout my entire working life. It was not because I was lucky or mentally gifted, it was just that I knew I was supposed to work for a living and I did just that. If I left a job I made sure I had another that I could start the next day, and not have a ‘holiday’ by joining the dole queue for a few months. You find this attitude often among old retirees from my era.

Brian Burnett/Paulette Morris – £60,000

It is extremely sad that those who genuinely deserve our sympathy and help are having their benefits cut because of all the slackers ‘jumping on the bandwagon’. There are many claimants who can do some form of work, perhaps with assistance, but are still receiving full benefits and spending their time in the local pub. If you are someone who does an honest days work and pays their taxes, would you really want to support such a person? Not me!

Diane Geary – £53,000

This is a time of international crisis with many economies in dire straits, and chief among them is the UK. So why do we allow these people to continue what they are doing? Why do we continue to support them? True, much of the answer lies with government departments who are shoddy in the way they track down these criminals, but we the people can help too! I know for a fact that if I was living near someone who was cheating the system in this way I would take some action.

Barry Marsh – £31,000

For example, if your next door neighbour is on benefits because he is, say, wheelchair bound and you see him out in the street washing his car without it, what is wrong with taking a photo and sending it to the benefits office, anonymously if necessary! If they receive such a photo I am sure they would take action and send round an investigator. It is no excuse to say “I fear reprisals” for you have to be clever. You take the photo from further down the street from your house and the parasite would be none-the-wiser.

Sam and Pete Smith – £100,000

Of course many will balk at the idea of ‘snitching’ on a friend, but are these people really friends? They are living off the backs of your labour, and you are paying for everything they own and do. Considering you are supporting them, would you take them in to live in your house? No of course you wouldn’t. While you are thinking it over, remember just these ten people alone (photo’s) have robbed £466,000 from the Benefits coffer, and you are paying for it!

David Ray – £34,000

The point to remember is these people are not only living off your back, they are taking much needed money that could be given to the genuinely incapacitated, and old age pensioners who must choose between eating or staying warm in the winter. No, I’m sorry, but there is no excuse for letting people you know get away with this scam.

If the country could rid itself of all of these miscreants it would probably solve the national debt crisis overnight. This could lead to massive taxcuts and everyone could enjoy a better standard of living. Think about it!

Yet Another Debacle With English Law!

Posted in Britain, England, Hacker, Hackers, Insanity, Justice, Prison, Teens, UK, USA with tags , , , , , , , , on 26/06/2011 by floroy1942

Are many court doctors in the pay of the defence lawyers or what?!!!

I could not believe my eyes when I read that the lastest towrag to be caught for computer hacking, this time into the UK’s Serious Organized Crime Agency, has Asperger’s Syndrom! Now where have I heard that before?????

That is the same defence used by the other s.o.b. Gary Mckinnon, who has been successfully evading extradition to the USA for hacking into US Military systems for nine years!

Please Don’t Send Me To Jail – I Have ‘Asparagus’ (sic)

Apparently this latest git, Ryan Cleary, who is said to be highly intelligent, is supposed to be a member of the LulzSec group that has been creating chaos on the web over the past few weeks. He has it seems been evaluated by a ‘psychiatrist’ who has diagnosed him with Aspergers Syndrome. It makes me wonder how long this ‘psychiatrist’ has been practicing, and if he is competent to diagnose a raving lunatic!

I have to ask: In the eyes of the Law are all hackers autistic?

Fooled Them Again Did You Gary?

I simply cannot believe this to be true. Gary McKinnon has been in and out of court since his arrest in 2002 and still hasn’t been handed over to the US Authorities for trial. It’s got to the stage where people are actually feeling sorry for him. If this sort of thing doesn’t make a complete ass of British Law I don’t know what does! You can bet your life this Cleary character is going to do his best to squirm out of the clutches of our justice system just like McKinnon.

I don’t really care if this pair of lowlifes  have two heads or half a brain between them, they broke the law and created misery and chaos with their actions, and should pay the price. It doesn’t interest me if they have Asperger Syndrome, don’t tell me they didn’t know what they were doing. You do not learn to use all the sophisticated equipment necessary to hack into government programmes without a great deal of intelligence. You do not learn how to get past sophisticated security systems that protect such sites unless you have a considerable amount of know-how.

Thanks A Bunch – Bastards!

These are things British Law should be taking into account when dealing with this scum. This autism defence is in my opinion for the birds, and no court in the land should take any notice. Such a thing is so easy to simulate after you have done a little reading on the internet. Its just like all those slackers who cheat the Benefits System by complaining of back pain! Get them in court and throw the book at them, and as for Mckinnon, send him to America and let it be a warning to all of his kind that this sort of behaviour will not be tolerated. End of rant!

You’ve Got It Wrong Ken – Clark on Prison Reform

Posted in Britain, England, Government, Government Spending, Immigrants, Insanity, Justice, Modern World, MP's, Old Age Pensioner, Parliament, Police, Prison, UK with tags , , , , , , , , , on 05/03/2011 by floroy1942

Ken Clark, the British Justice Secretary, has come under fire from Magistrates for his prison reform agenda. He has stated he wants prisoners who are “unlikely to get a prison sentence” to be given automatic bail. It’s all part of his plan to reduce costs and solve the overcrowding in british prisons.

Where It All Begins

Thankfully, those with more brains, i.e. the Magistrates, are coming out in opposition. Due to the overcrowding, most felons get off with community service or ‘slap on the wrist’ anyway these days, so that means the greater majority of criminals, around 35,000, will be back on the streets straight away if Ken has his way.

The magistrates are, quite rightly in my opinion, afraid offenders will have all the time they need to intimidate witnesses, commit further crimes, and fail to turn up for their hearings. All fairly logical and pretty obvious to anyone but a dimwit.

Another Misguided Politician

Ken Clark has put forward many proposals to ease the prison population, among them halving the sentences of criminals who confess to their crimes, and releasing 3,000 of the current 80,000 inmate population early. He claims he wants to “break the cycle” of reoffending by tackling the causes of crime. Bullshit Ken!

The only thing a hardened criminal respects is a long hard prison term and nothing less will do the job. It is long past time when authorities recognize that criminals are a danger to society and no amount of hand-wringing and psychological babble is going to make them mend their ways. Certainly not reducing sentences, for all that will do is make the situation worse. If a felon knows he can commit crimes and get away with it almost scot-free he will laugh at the justice system all the way to his short-stay cell.

To give the man credit, he has stated that inmates of HM Prisons should be made to work a full working week just like the rest of us, and more demanding community sentencing is required, which is fine so long as the correct controls are in place. He also advocates deporting immigrant criminals instead of giving them a custodial sentence in Britain. Now that I do agree with!

All the Comforts of Home

I have made my feelings on this general subject amply in the past in previous posts and still believe heavier sentencing and removing the ‘5 star hotel’ atmosphere in prisons is the best answer. Make prisons something to be feared by all criminals as it was in the past. That will sure as hell break the cycle of reoffending and no doubt about it.

It seems all the measures being taken by Ken Clark are aimed at reducing the prison population and more importantly, reducing costs. His stated aim is to reduce the £4Bn per year prison and probation costs by 20% in the next 4 years. Good Luck Ken – You’ll need it! The general public will as usual be the losers!

One of the main problems today is overcrowding, but to me that means we should build more prisons not release prisoners early to reduce it. Although some attempts have been made to increase the prison capacity over the last three decades, it has proven to be insufficient. The main reason for this is the inability of the authorities to prevent villains from reoffending, and jail sentencing has become so much of a joke its no longer a deterrent.

That's Funny - I Don't Have One. You?

Today’s jailbirds live in far better conditions than the majority of our old age pensioners, which in itself is a scandal. There is nothing hard or harsh about prison life these days, its more akin to a holiday camp with all the comforts of home. TV, gym equipment, snooker tables, cinema, games and library, in fact everything we ordinary law-abiding mortals do not have. And on top of that, they get to sit around on their fat duffs for most of the time. Where in the name of all thats holy is the incentive to ‘go straight’ after a prison sentence?

I am not going to go into what I think prisons should be like again, I have done it so often, suffice it to say, if you are interested, I refer you to my earlier posts as follows:

Six Months In Here and You Won't Re-Offend!

There can be little doubt that our justice system is in urgent need of a major overhaul, for the prime facet of law enforcement, i.e. taking criminals out of circulation and thereby protecting the public, no longer seems to be a prime motivator.

From what I have read in recent news bulletins I am convinced that Ken Clark is totally on the wrong track. His reforms will do nothing to bolster public faith in the justice system of our country, and as the magistrates have already said, they are more likely to undermine that confidence. Ah Well! Roll on the next politician who promises to be ‘tough on crime’!

Now It’s Official – Gays Are More Important Than Religion!

Posted in Arab, Britain, Child Abuse, Children, Christianity, England, Equality, Europe, Free Speech, Gays, Homosexuals, Human Rights, Immigrants, Insanity, Justice, Modern World, MP's, Muslim, Parenting, Political Correctness, Relationships, Religion, UK, USA with tags , , , , , , , on 28/02/2011 by floroy1942

I have just read with profound sadness, a report about a Derby England couple who have had their application to become foster parents thrown out of court because of their christian belief homosexuality is a sin.

Mr. & Mrs Johns

The couple, Mr and Mrs Johns, have successfully fostered fifteen children through the 90’s and given every one a good home, but according to the social worker handling their latest application, they cannot be granted another child because they could not tell that child it is acceptable to be homosexual. This is in direct contradiction to their Pentecostal faith, and is a view held by most good christians.

They approached the court to have the Social Services ruling overturned, but were told by the judge Lord Justice Mundy and Mr. Justice Beaton, (Quote): “our conclusions that the attitudes of potential foster carers to sexuality are relevant when considering an application for approval and as to the effect of the decisions of the Court of Appeal in Islington London Borough Council v Ladele (Liberty intervening) [2009] EWCA Civ 1357, and McFarlane v Relate Avon Limited [2010] EWCA Civ 880, we have also concluded that we should not grant permission”.So there it is out in the open at last!

Although the judges stated that no ‘clear evidence’ had been submitted by either side, and I must say I think their lawyer did not do a good job, they stated clearly that it was not a legal question as to the validity of christians to foster children, but more their refusal, on faith grounds, to acknowledge the legitimacy of homosexuality.

But why should a christian be forced to go against their faith by promoting sexual deviance to a child, just so they can act as foster parents?

Talking to reporters outside the court in London Mrs Johns is quoted as saying: “All we wanted was to offer a loving home to a child in need. We have a good track record as foster parents. We have been excluded because we have moral opinions based on our faith and we feel sidelined because we are Christians with normal, mainstream, Christian views on sexual ethics. We are prepared to love and accept any child. All we were not willing to do was to tell a small child that the practice of homosexuality was a good thing.”

‘Mummy’ and Daddy???

It seems that to be a christian with moral values in today’s ‘enlightened’ society, you are less worthy than a homosexual. Your christian beliefs are not worth a fig when even the law turns on you and says  (basically) homosexual rights are more important than yours. This is just another nail in the coffin for right-minded people who believe homosexuality is a sin in the eyes of God, but have no rights under the reverse discriminatory laws that rule our lives.

As with the Penzance hotel couple of a short while ago, See my post:

https://floroy1942.wordpress.com/2011/01/19/when-human-rights-go-too-far/

the basic rights of a good christian couple have been trampled upon to glorify this base and disgusting practice, which with its current acceptance is destined to corrupt many future generations of children.

I know many will not agree with this statement, but it is my firm belief that due to the current ‘social acceptance’, the numbers of homosexual people in our society will skyrocket in years to come and bring with it many problems.

In the vanguard will be children who have been raised by homosexual couples, for despite what some pundits say, children are extremely perceptive to their surroundings and the home atmosphere, and in my opinion, many will turn out the same for no child can have a normal upbringing under these circumstances.

Experts predict that by 2050 Britain will be a Muslim state, and with the current birthrate of Muslims far outstripping our own, this is a distinct possibility.

I suppose the one good thing Islamization will bring with it is the Muslim hatred of homosexuality, for they make ‘no bones about it’, homo’s are hung without any qualms. When they take over the deviants will be running for the border.

But for today, it is sad when the rights of good, moral christians can be so callously cast aside in a british court to support the ever-increasing demands of a devious minority. May God help us all!

Face-book Threats By Prisoners

Posted in Britain, Child Discipline, England, Human Rights, Justice, MP's, Prison, Terrorists, Theft, UK with tags , , , , , , , , , , on 31/01/2010 by floroy1942

Accounts of how prisoners in some of Her Majesty’s Prisons have been able to threaten victims families using Face-Book have come to light during the past week. It begs the question, how is this possible?

The answer is not as complicated as you may think. Britain has gradually become softer on criminals since the abolition of hanging in 1964. Various ‘Human Rights’ and Liberal ‘Civil Liberties’ Groups have steadily degraded the prison system to the extent it has become a chain of five star hotels, where the only punishment served by criminals is a temporary restriction on their liberty. Criminals live in better conditions than the majority of those serving their country in the armed forces.

A criminal, even a murderer, does not serve a suitable punishment for his crime anymore. No longer are they locked away so as to pose no further threat to society. Liberal minded Parole Boards regularly allow hardened felons to be released for days at a time before their prison term has been served ‘to help them integrate back into society‘. Most go straight back to their old ways, and many commit fresh offences even while on these Day Releases.

Killers, pedophiles, rapists, robbers, drug barons and their ilk are looked after in better conditions that the average working-class family in our society. They have all the amenities that many families can only dream about. Food, shelter, clothing, TV (with satellite), games rooms, exercise equipment, library, education, cinema, the list goes on and on. They even went so far as to put curtains on cell windows so the prisoners could not be ‘traumatised’ by the sight of the bars.  All this is provided by the tax payer as a punishment for crimes committed against tax payers!

Our prisons are rife with drugs to the extent that if you never took them in your life, you soon will once you get behind bars. Gang Lords rule the prison population with an iron fist, to the extent the prison warders are nothing more than lackeys in their service. If you ask the one bald question: “Who runs the prisons, the answer must be; The prisoners!

It is high time the Wardens and Governors took back control of our prisons and measures were introduced to make it more like a system of punishment. Strict regimes, prison uniforms, hard work and no TV or games rooms. No contact between visitors and prisoners as in the States which should help reduce the amount of drugs in prison. Warders who ‘work’ for the prisoners by bringing in illicit materials get an immediate six month sentence themselves. This should help stamp out the corruption among prison staff.

Gone in an avalanche of ‘Civil Rights’ campaigning is the strict prison regime that made many a criminal ‘go straight’ for fear of ending back ‘inside’. Criminals do not fear a prison sentence anymore for the simple reason its like a holiday camp.

This is borne out by the steadily increasing crime rate over the past forty years to the extent that the prisons are so overcrowded, Judges have been ordered to reduce custodial sentencing in favour of more community sentencing i.e. ASBO’s etc.

‘Life’ imprisonment now means seven years and not life as the word implies. Even those who get a so-called ‘life’ sentences are often out in five years or less, thanks to the ‘Barmy Do-Gooders’ who think they have ‘learnt their lesson’.

It is sickening to read in the newspapers that a killer or pedophile just released for ‘good behaviour’ after serving a paltry four years of a ‘life’ sentence has struck again within weeks of release. Prisons today are nothing more than ‘Crime Academy’s’ where the not so good criminals get an education on how to ply there trade better.

There is today a major imbalance in sentencing too. If you kill someone in cold blood you will get a lower sentence than if you take part in an assisted suicide for a loved one who is suffering terribly from an incurable disease. Justice is no longer just blind, it is suffering a terminal illness itself.

The subject of youth criminality is nowadays on everyone’s lips as the rate of major crime committed by children as young as eight or nine-years-old escalates out of all proportion. The majority of children who commit murder, and even torture victims in a ninety minute orgy of sadistic savagery as with the Edlington case two weeks ago, can expect no more than three years detention before being released with a new identity to protect them. The question is; How far down this road will we go before Law and Order breaks down completely?

It is time for politicians to stand up and be counted in the fight against crime, for we are losing the battle at an ever increasing rate. The government, from whichever party, must have the guts to stand up to the ‘limp wristed’ Brigade of ‘Do-Gooders’ and start clamping down on sentencing and prison conditions before we all drown in a cesspit of our own making.

It is long past time we got back to justice and prison regimes reminiscent of the 1950’s where criminals feared going back inside. Only by making our prison system a thing to be frightened of, and sentencing that fits the crime, can we hope to get back any form of decency in our society.

In my opinion, though many will disagree, there is a good case for reintroduction of the death penalty into our system of law. In my view, if you are a terrorist, kill in cold blood, commit pre-meditated rape, sodomise a child or invade someone else’s property with the intent of stealing, you forfeit your human rights.

Much was made of mistakes during the years when hanging was legal, which contributed to the removal of this punishment, but today we have far better methods of detection, and forensic science has advanced to the point that being able to pin-point the culprit is no longer a lottery. You will note that the words ‘in cold blood’ were italicised in the previous paragraph. This was done intentionally to indicate that hanging should be considered only in those cases where the crime was pre-meditated.

Pedophiles who commit a second offence should be castrated without the right of appeal, for it is only in that way we can be sure they will never strike again. How much longer must we allow our children to be brutalised by these perverts before we say; ‘Enough is enough’!

It is for sure that we cannot continue with the ‘softly softly’ approach to crime and expect to stamp it out. Our society needs the rule of law to be strong so that it puts an end to the reign of terror on our streets and in our homes.

Part of the problem these days is that no-one wants to get involved. So long as it doesn’t affect you personally, why should you bother? As a society, we have become so insulated within ourselves that we have no stomach for taking action for the good of all. Everyone sympathises with a mother who just had her ten-year-old knifed to death on the street in full view of many, but are we prepared to actually do something to stop this in the future?

The simple answer is; NO! We do not have the guts to stand up to these idiots who think they know what is best for the criminals and our society in general. Well, it is time, for time is running out for the reassertion of law and order on our streets. Only the people can change things by demanding their politicians take action before it is too late, and we sink into total anarchy. If, as a people, we take no action on this issue, we will most certainly deserve what the future holds for us.

It is time to stand up and be counted.

Roy.
