Iran With Nuclear Capability?

Will It Come To This! We Hope Not!

After many years of conflict between North and South Korea we have reached an understanding between the two countries. They are now in talks to end the conflict, and it seems it is going well. Kim Jong-Un and his counterpart Moon Jae-In are talking about ending the rivalry between them. It is a momentous occasion that the two countries are talking.

The people in North Korea are ignorant  of the fact that these talks are taking place, but in South Korea it is being greeted with joy, as is the rest of the world. Trump has expressed his desire to talk with the North Korean leader sometime later this year, and we must wait and see how this develops.

Currently the talks between Moon Jae-In and Kim Jong-Un are going very well and we, hopefully, we will see the end of

tensions between the two countries. Kim Jong-Un has promised he will do away with all the nuclear weapons he has developed, and we must wait and see if this comes true.

Later this year Trump will have a meeting with Kim Jong-Un, and it is hoped this all goes well. For North Korea to get rid of its nuclear weapons will a milestone for the world, for Kim Jong-Un has already threatened America with a nuclear attack, and he has missiles that will reach the United States.

If this does not go well we could see a war between North Korea and the USA, and North Korea would be flattened. This will have a major effect on the rest of the world for the radioactivity will spread across the whole globe. This will have a devastating effect on peoples lives, and we may see the end of humanity on this planet due the spreading of the radioactivity.

Let us all hope that the meetings between South Korea, the USA and North Korea all go well.

Weather Changes

As It Used To Be

I remember when I was a boy in England the weather was a lot different to today. We had some snow in Winter, but not a lot, and Spring came with the trees and plants blossoming all over the place. We went for a walk in the forests to see the wild flowers. When Summer came we had sunshine for most months as the temperatures rose to their middle twenties. In Autumn the trees went from green to red and brown as they shed their leaves in preparation for winter.

We have never seen weather like this in the beginning of Spring with floods, snow in some parts of the world, and Summers so hot we are can barely stand the temperatures. Now all that has changed over the years as the contamination of the atmosphere gets worse as years go by.

The woods and forests in England are all but gone and this is changing the climate. Farmers have cut down the trees that are giving us oxygen to get extra land to grow crops. It’s a tragedy. In all parts of the world forests are being hacked down to give us more farmland and it is destroying the planet.

The amount of vehicles on our roads are slowly clogging up the atmosphere, but no-one takes any notice. Governments are not taking this seriously! In a few years we will have electric cars and lorries rolling across our countries, but will this solve the problem? I doubt it! It may take 100 years to get rid of the poisonous atmosphere, but will we still be around on this planet. I do not know what the future brings, but it will certainly change our lives.

Currently the oceans are full of plastic and that is destroying the fish that some countries feed on. There is a plan to clear plastic from the oceans but that will take years and years, and all the while people abandon plastic on beaches which end up in the the sea. There is a movement to ban plastic for all time and make it reusable. But how long will that take, and it will still end up in the oceans.

Currently the oceans are clogged with plastic all across the globe, and if we are not careful it will be the end of us all.

What Has Become Of Our World

Things are getting worse and worse in our world and its all because of us humans. It is Spring and yet we see snow, and terrible weather across the world. Why!

It is because we humans are making the world a terrible place with our constant abuse. We do not care about the world, for we live our lives as we see fit and do not care about climate change, the weather, and we go about our daily lives without a care of the world and what it has become.

Years ago we cared about the changes in the world and we did everything to stop it. But now we have abandoned this attitude and live our lives without a thinking of the world. There has to be changes in the way we live and it must come soon.

Diesel cars are the biggest contaminate of the atmosphere and we must stop it. There are plans to get rid of diesel in a few years time but that may be too late. No-one cares about the contamination that diesel causes to our atmosphere and we will suffer tremendously in the future.

Climate change is another big problem that has caused such bad weather in Spring. In the summer the temperatures will rise to unprecedented levels as it did last year, but it will be worse this year.  We cannot predict what will happen in the summer but it will be very hot.

All over the world we see bad storms and flooding in America, the Far East, and famine in Africa. People are dying by the hundreds in Africa because there is no food and water. What are we to do!

In the west we drive around in cars without thinking what it does to the atmosphere, and in a few years we will all be wearing masks as they do China. We have to change the way we live on this Earth or it will choke us to death. Already we have a huge wave of contamination surrounding the world in the atmosphere and so long as we continue the way we are it will never change.

We have to do something to get the world back to what it was years ago, and that means banning diesel cars, and cleaning up the smoke that issues from factories for they are second in the contamination of the skies.

We have a long way to go if we are to continue living on this planet. Otherwise we see the end of mankind on the Earth and it will become a planet without human kind.

Has The World Gone Crazy?

I think it has, and do you know why? Because the winter weather has caused major disruption all across the world, for we have never seen a season like this in my lifetime. We have huge amounts of snow all across Britain, USA and the most of Europe and it isn’t over yet. Never in my life have I seen a winter like this. People have frozen to death in the cold, and in Britain drivers have been trapped in their cars for as long as eighteen hours. This is unheard of. After the snow and ice is gone we will see major flooding across the United States and Britain, and many other countries. We have seen major rain and flooding in Far Eastern countries and it does not stop.

pexels-photo-307007

In summer the whole world is getting hotter, and even the north and south pole are disintegrating. Its all to do with the climate change, but some people  will just not believe it. We are filling our atmosphere with gasses from cars and factories, and this is causing the heat to remain around the Earth instead of dissipating into space.

pexels-photo-297927There are well over a million cars and trucks on our roads and most of them are diesel, which is polluting the atmosphere that we breathe. On top of this we have factories that are issuing poisonous gasses into the atmosphere, especially in places like China and India. Some governments, like the Germans are planning to stop diesel cars from entering city centres, but this will not cure the problem.

There is a plan to introduce electric cars onto the roads, but that is sometime into the future, and we will see how the power generators will find enough power to provide us all. I don’t think they will, for we will be short of energy until new power stations are built.

When summer comes we will see the hottest season with temperatures creeping up to the upper thirties. In some parts of the world the temperatures will reach over forty degrees. How will people survive in these temperatures? Already the farmland in Central Africa is so dry that people cannot grow crops anymore, and that is why we have so many refugees who are starving to death.

It is in times like these that all countries should turn to the United Nations for answers, but they do not seem able to help. All they do is talk, but do nothing. The United Nations should be a powerful body of people who are responsible for peace on Earth, and to solve the many problems, but they are incapable of doing this.

The one thing that gets me is that they do not have a majority vote in the U.N. Each time Russia blocks something that everybody else has voted for and this is no good. It should be a majority vote in the U.N. so that all sides have a say in what to do next. In Syria the battles between the rebels and and Syrian forces are continuing, and it will not stop despite the resolution passed by the U.N.

                     The New UN Logo

In my view the U.N. should have stepped in against the terrorists that have caused trouble all across the globe. For it is shameful they did not. Not since the Korean War in 1956 have they done a thing to stop trouble in the world.

It is shameful that the U.N. does nothing to stop the fighting in the world. In Africa they have stopped some terrorists from fighting each other, but the U.N. Army has been accused of raping African women in these countries and nothing has been done to stop them.

It seems to me that the U.N. is a waste of time, for they do nothing to stop the fighting around the world, and all they do is talk. It is getting to be a sad world, and we are heading for destruction of the planet.

The Weather

Posted in America, Conservation, England, Environment, European Union, Human Rights, News, Politics, USA with tags , , , , on 25/02/2018 by floroy1942

Never in human history have we seen weather like this winter. Floods have wrecked huge areas of the United States and its getting worse. We see flooding and high temperatures in many countries across the world, and it will not stop because of the contamination of our atmosphere.

In Britain we have a winter that is hardly credible, with snow and cold beating all previous years, and Spring is almost upon us. I would not like to live in England at this time for it is so cold, and the coming of snowstorms is on the horizon.

All across the world the weather is getting worse year on year, and it is all due to the contamination we pump into the atmosphere from cars, trucks and factories. Never in human history, except for the ice age, have we seen such bad weather.

The summers are getting hotter and hotter, with temperatures up close to the fifties in some areas. How will humans survive in this weather? I am glad I am 75 and will not be around to see the future.

In places like Africa people are dying from starvation and the excessive heat in their thousands, and we do nothing about it. Soon this will be in many countries as the temperatures increase. Africa was a country that people can grow crops and feed themselves, but now it it is a wasteland due to the heat.

It is a sad fact that we are destroying our world with so many cars and lorries on the roads. They pump out poisonous gases that are effecting our climate and we are not doing anything about it. There is the prospect of electric cars which will reduce the poisonous gases getting into the atmosphere, but that is a long time away. Once these have been introduced it will take years for the contamination to clear from the skies, if it ever does.

We have to do something to save our planet and soon, for in a few years it will be too late, and we will all start dying from the contamination. It is time for people to realise what is happening to our world and do something about it.

Heading For Disasater

Posted in America, Britain, Conservation, England, Environment, European Union, Health, Human Rights, News, Summit with tags , , , , on 24/02/2018 by floroy1942

What is the world coming to? All across the world we see demonstrations by people, and war. I think the world is going crazy! When I was young the world was at peace with almost no demonstrations, and the only thing was the tension between the West and Russia. But things have changed dramatically in this modern era.

Now we see demonstrations across the world and war in the Middle East, and it never stops. The United Nations have been doing nothing except call for peace between nations and they are completely ignored. We have tensions between Russia and the United States and this could lead to war between the two nations. The Russians are backing the war in the Middle East despite the actions in the United Nations.

It is time for the United Nations to do something about it. All countries have been in agreement with the end to the war in the Middle East, and yet the Russians veto the proposals put forward by all other countries. It is time to stop this, and have to relinquish the moment when Russia can veto all actions taken by the majority of countries. We need to have a majority verdict by all nations, instead of one country being able to stop the procedures taken by the United Nations.

I have lived now for seventy-five years, and the changes in the world have been catastrophic. Things are getting worse and worse as countries fight each other, and terrorism is the only thing that is causing this. Although we have seen demonstrations across the world where people are not happy with their governments and the way they do things. Europe is the only safe conglomerate of nations where we do not see mass demonstrations against the governments. There are of course other countries where peace, to a certain extent is quiet, but not all across the world. In South America we see daily the news of mass demonstrations in countries like Venezuela  where the country is ruled by a despot.

It is time the world returned to peace, and if it is necessary, the United Nations should step in with an international force to stop the fighting in Syria. In other parts of the world the same thing should apply where nations are at war.

All across the world we have seen disastrous weather that is tearing the world apart. Flooding and destruction have been happening and we have to do something about it. Before long the world will become unlivable if this weather continues. It is all due to our contamination of the atmosphere that surrounds us.

There are too many cars in the world and this is destroying our atmosphere. Already in China people are wearing masks to stop the contamination from getting into their lungs, and before long we will see this spreading to other parts of the world.

We have to cut down on the number of vehicles across the world to prevent more contamination. Laws need to be passed where it is necessary to ban diesel vehicles, and all families should only have one vehicle. This will greatly reduce the contamination of our atmosphere, and within maybe fifty years we will see relatively clean air. This will allow people to breath properly and reduce the lung disease of many of our citizens.

The trouble is, governments around the world are not doing enough to clean up the atmosphere, and they are afraid to implement the changes necessary. But if we as a human race are to survive on this planet this needs to be done. All nations need to agree on the conditions to clean up our atmosphere, but that will never happen. We will go on in the same old way until the human race is finished.

Summer Is Coming

Posted in America, Britain, Conservation, Environment, European Union, Modern World, News, Politics, Spain, UK with tags , , , , on 17/02/2018 by floroy1942

Thank goodness the winter is over and the temperatures are rising. Here in southern Spain the temperatures are climbing, even though we have occasionally cold winds. When we walk along the sea front in Marbella we see many tourists from England walking with just a shirt and shorts and I suppose they are grateful for the warm weather, even though it is freezing in England.

I would not like to live in England during the winter as the temperatures are often below freezing, but things are changing. It is certain that we will get extremely hot weather in the summer, just as last year, but we can live with it. In a couple of months we will get rid of the cold winds and life here will be enjoyable.

Pretty soon the beaches will be crowded with holiday makers as more and more people come here for a holiday to get away from the cold in England.

The weather patterns around the globe are changing as many places get hotter during the summer. This all due to the contamination of our atmosphere which is not allowing the excessive heat to escape into space. Temperatures are rising all across the world, and pretty soon we will have such high temperatures in places that we have never known before.

When I was young the summer temperatures were in the mid-twenties, and occasionally close to thirty degrees. Now we have temperatures up in the forties in some areas and this all due to the contamination of our atmosphere. It is essential that we curb the gases from our vehicles which are causing the temperatures around the globe to rise at an alarming rate over the last few years. If mankind is to continue living on this planet we have to do something about it, and very soon, otherwise humans will be finished on this planet.

There are plans to introduce electric vehicles, which may or may not reduce the contamination of our atmosphere. But it will take maybe fifty years or more for the contamination of our atmosphere to get back to normal. In the meantime, many will die of lung cancer and other diseases. This will reduce the population of our world which is not such a bad thing. Already we have millions across the world who are dying of hunger and disease, and it will not stop unless we do something about it.

Mankind has the technology and brains to do something about this disaster, but governments are not making a move to curb the atmospheric contamination.
